Hourly Support

On-site and off-site hourly support is available to end-users and integrators

One Rate for on-site and off-site support.
Minimum 2 hour charge.

Net 10 credit terms for verified systems integrators.

Billing Increments
Time is billed in 6-minute increments where possible or estimated with a slight bias in the client's favor otherwise.

Work outside of normal business hours and on weekends is billed at double rate.

‍Travel Time
On-site support is based on door-to-door time.

‍Short Notice
Support scheduled less than two weeks in advance incurs a one-hour surcharge per day.*
‍
On-site support scheduled less than one week in advance incurs a $500 surcharge per day.
‍
*Surcharge waived for clients with a Prepaid Support retainer.

Available to systems integrators only

Flat-rate Proposals Proposals with à la carte pricing are available for integrators seeking project based pricing. Project based pricing is calculated at a reduced rate and includes a total not to exceed cost.

‍Deposits
Projects less than $5,000 must be prepaid in full.
Projects more than $5,000 must pay a deposit of 60% or $5,000, whichever is greater.
‍
‍Substantial Completion
The balance of the project is billed at substantial completion.
A 10% holdback is permissible for projects more than $20,000.

‍Trade Credit
Invoices are due upon receipt with a 10-day grace period.
Net 30 payment terms are available for a 5% surcharge.

Legacy Code

Software written by other programmers can be supported subject to a surcharge.

Lodging
Lodging is taken in a nearby mid-range hotel. Lodging includes day before expected start date and day after completion.

‍Airfare
We are located within 30 minutes of JFK Airport, one of the busiest international gateways in the United States and a major global hub for air travel. For urgent matters, our team can be flown out within 24 hours (subject to additional fees and availability).
Domestic air travel is provided by full-service airlines in business class. Non-stop, on traveler's preferred airline.
We use rescheduleable fares on all flights.
Flights are scheduled to arrive a day before expected start date.
When no hard start and end dates are specified, flights will be booked within 12-24 hours of completion.

Car Transport
We use Uber where possible for car transport.

‍Safety
Safety expenses may apply to international travel in high-volatile areas and may include health and evacuation insurance and kidnapping, ransom, and extortion insurance.
